This is work in progress. Together with a national federation in the social-work sector, we are developing a strategy that begins with the people who do the work — and only then with the technology.
From policy to practice
Many digitalisation efforts founder in the gap between legislation and practice. The AI Act and the GDPR set the frame; the daily reality of a caseworker sets the questions. Our task is to connect the two: legal clarity on one side, an inspiring guide for the field on the other.
What follows
In the coming months we will share the intermediate steps here — not as a finished product, but as thinking in public. This essay grows with the work.
